Feedback: Each client will be given opportunity to give timely, specific feedback on their coaching sessions. We have incorporated a procedure for reporting the quality of service obtained through our coach and administrative services and reserve the right to expel coaches from the network for any serious breaches of contract, professional misconduct, or any other claims made against the coach deemed to be sufficiently serious by ICN.

Call Procedure: The Client will call the Coach at the prearranged time and telephone number as scheduled. Please remember that rescheduling or cancellations of calls must be made 24 hours in advance. There will be no refund, make-up or credit for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session.

Payment Options: The complimentary coaching session will occur shortly after payment is received by ICN. The client is purchasing a package which includes an agreed upon number of coaching sessions and assessment tools. Payment is accepted in a number of forms including personal/corporate check or online with a VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card.

Termination: The Client is purchasing a three month package commitment, however the Client may cancel at anytime. Cancellation must be in writing, by fax or by email message to International Coaching Network. If a client terminates at anytime after the 2nd paid coaching session there will be no reimbursement by ICN or the clients coach.

Confidentiality: The Coach recognizes that the Client may share future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other private information. The Coach will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily disclose, or communicate this information to a third party. While the Coach will do everything in his power to keep communication confidential, the Client is aware that there are certain exceptions. For example, communication by email can potentially be intercepted or email archives can be subpoenaed from Internet Service Providers or other parties in the event of a lawsuit.

Coaching Relationship: In the coaching relationship, the Client sets the agenda and the Coach helps to clarify the vision, functioning more as a partner than as an expert. The Client has been made aware that the coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as psychotherapy, psychological counseling, consulting, advice giving or any type of therapy. In the event the Client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the Client to seek a licensed professional. Client is expected & advised to rely on their own training, education and experience, and exercise due diligence and common sense in choosing a coach and during the coaching process. Each Client should also satisfy yourself that the coach possesses the experience necessary to deliver against your requirements. International Coaching Network shall have no liability whatsoever for direct or indirect, special or consequential damages relating in any way to the use of information provided by ICoachNet.com or any of its associates, or resulting from any defects or failure of this information. ICN cannot be held liable for misrepresentations, negligence, breaches of contract, misconduct, or any claims made by or against the coaches in their individual or corporate capacity. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or injury to you or your property as a result of coaching services obtained through this service. International Coaching Network is not responsible in any way for the claims made or information provided by the coaches in our network.
