Brian has had the opportunity to serve in various church ministry and Para-church roles throughout his life including Academic Dean, Bible Teacher, Assistant Pastor, Motivational Speaker, Youth Pastor, College Pastor, Church Assimilation Ministries, and have spent several months as a short term missionary in various locations throughout the world.

Dr. Brian P. Simon (ABD) serves as an adjunct professor in the area of Coaching, Church and Ministry, Pastoral Theology and Preparation of Biblical Messages at Regent University and also teaches at Tidewater Bible College in Virginia Beach, VA. Brian is the owner and operator of Simon & Simon Enterprises and the International Coaching Network. He did his undergraduate work in both business management and business marketing with a minor in psychology at Fairmont State University located in West Virginia. Brian completed a Masters in Church History and Doctrine at Regent University and is now completing the last phase of his (D.Min.) at Regent as well. His doctoral work specializes in the transformational training of postmodern leadership with a clear focus of using the coaching model as a means to train and equip emerging church leaders. Other areas of training include Certification as a Master Career and Corporate Coach and certified as a Coach and Coach Trainer through Transformational Leadership Coaching where he continues to actively train leadership coaches.
