The International Coaching Network is proud to announce that it will be offering its very first coach training course!

This will be a 8-week course and will be personally led by Dr. Brian Simon, ABD, the founder of ICN (bio available on website www.iCoachNet.com).

This practical and interactive course will cover:

• Foundational coaching values, skills and the heart of a Christian Coach
• Developing your ability to ASK and LISTEN to create client transformation
• Marketing your coaching business

This class includes:

• 8 Live 1-Hour Telephone small group training sessions
• 2 1-Hour evaluation and feedback sessions. (Dr. Simon, ABD will listen to you coach twice via taped coaching sessions, and you will have two one-on-one 20 minute Timely, Specific feedback sessions with Brian.)

To participate you will need to commit to:

• Recruit 2 clients and coach at least one of them weekly
• Purchase 1 coaching book and a Transformational Leadership Coaching independent study which is $25 (Syllabus and other materials will be provided for free via email.)
• A workload which will be right at 4 hours per week.

If you successfully fulfill the requirements of the course and Brian feels that he could endorse your coaching business, you will be provided a letter of reference and a certificate of training from the International Coaching Network.

The class will begin during the last week of June and the schedule will be negotiated with flexibility to ensure that everyone can participate.
